Assistant Program Coordinator
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Assistant Program Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for Snap Fitness members and prospects to introduce and connect them with our lifestyle health services, primarily our personal training options. They provide expertise in exercise physiology, fitness program design, and basic nutritional guidance via scheduled Fitness Consultations through our Snap management team, as well as in other outreach areas.

They provide expertise in exercise physiology, fitness program design, and basic nutritional guidance via scheduled Fitness Consultations through our Snap management team, as well as in other outreach areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Required
- Attend and execute fitness consultation set by Snap management team and other marketing outlets
- Implement solution sales techniques to coordinate health and fitness programs for consult participants and generate lifestyle health service purchases
- Complete sales paperwork and communications, including client contracts and payment info, client account creation and biometric data entry, trainer pairing
- Conduct scheduled follow-ups with previous consultation participants to maintain healthy relationships and generate retroactive sales
- Work closely with Snap management team to generate fitness consultations, including weekly check-ins and training opportunities
- Track sales and other required metrics and provide weekly progress reports to the Personal Training Director
- Liaison with Snap marketing team to conduct community outreach opportunities, seasonal sales initiatives, and other lead-gen activities
- Engage in database mining of current and past members to foster relationships and generate sales
- Maintain close relationships with Personal Trainers, participate in interviews, and provide feedback on their training methodology
- Innovate ways to improve gym community and culture, increase sales revenue
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years relevant employment experience, Health Science/Sales
- Bachelor’s degree
- Certification: Minimum of CPT with ACSM, NSCA, ACE or NASM
- Sales experience in gym memberships or personal training preferred
EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
- Preferred hours of Operation (Mon-Thr 1-8pm, Fri 1-5pm ,Sat 9-12pm = 35hrs)
- Base salary plus commission
- Monthly bonus based on consultation conversion rate
