Stretch and Sculpt: A dynamic vinyasa class that combines strength and stretch, designed to challenge your body and calm your mind. With optional weights, you can tailor the intensity to suit your goals. This class is perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike looking to stretch, strengthen, and feel unstoppable.

Cost: $10/ class or $40/ 5 classes or $70/ 8 classes
