This 45 minute consultation you will discuss your current fitness goals, previous exercise experiences, as well as injuries and/or special considerations that need to be accounted for. From there you can be helped build a loose program or assess what routine you're currently doing and see if it falls in-line with your personal fitness goals. If desired, you can go through a mobility test to assess total body functionality. This helps identify any muscular imbalances, joint immobility, and excessive tightness in the body. If after the consultation you determine that more advice would be beneficial, you can be connected with one of our Certified Personal Trainers that best fits your needs.
