Club manager
Snap Fitness Columbus is looking for both a full-time and part-time manager for 1 or more of our Columbus locations. Candidate must be energetic, reliable and customer service driven! Applicant must have reliable transportation and availability to work at least 2 weekends per month. Sales and front desk/administrative experience is preferred, basic computer/Google Drive experience is required. Job Type: Full-time (25-35 hours/week) $12.50/hr
Job Type : Part-time (15-25 hours/week) $11.75/hr

Job Duties Include:
Membership Management - 30%
- Attend to all member needs, concerns, complaints and comments in a timely and respectable fashion in accordance with club procedure
- Interact with and listen to guests with a “people first” attitude
- Exhibit empathy and patience when dealing with guest complaints; never run from a problem and view all complaints as opportunities
- Enthusiastically interact with and assist club members with membership questions/comments and club concerns
- Follow district guidelines for giving club tours and acquiring and logging prospects’ contact information
- Actively encourage gym sales by thorough and monitored communication with all prospects
- Stay informed of and appropriately utilize seasonal marketing and sales initiatives to increase value offered to each prospect
- Maintain line of communication with club Personal Trainer to set up appointments with newly signed members
- Promptly respond to phone calls, voicemails, and emails from members and prospects
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists; ensure gym meets and exceeds all quality and service standards each day
- Update and maintain organization of Club trackers, reports, emails, files and folders
- Conduct inventory and place orders for stocked items
- Maintain an “owner’s mentality” in safeguarding the current and future quality of the club and proactively managing the experience of its members
- Thoroughly and independently reach solutions to problems and/or complaints posed by members or gym-related issues, communicate opportunities with leadership as needed
- Promote the common goal of increasing the health and well-being of Columbus citizens by increasing membership sales and retaining current members at rates comparable with district and competitor growth
- May take on scheduling and staffing duties including but not limited to: interviewing, hiring, and staffing of other associates
- Oversee, guide, and support the associates under your supervision. You have the authority to train, teach, and manage the effectiveness of these associates.
