- Access to personal training and workout classes
Members receive a complimentary personal training consultation which goes over their personal fitness goals and will assess prior exercise experience, injuries/ special considerations as well as maneuverability. Members then have an opportunity to work with a hand-selected Certified Personal Trainer based on their individualized goals with a program tailored just for them.
